1. Deposit by February 1, 2012 $100.00 or upon choosing lot
2. 2nd Payment by May 1, 2012 of $300.00  
3. 3rd Payment by July 1, 2012 of $300.00
4. Balance due in full by September 1, 2012
5. All payments must be made on schedule, or incur a $25.00 late fee per month. Management reserves the right to refuse
service to any camper.
6. We reserve the right to evict campers for any just reason.
7. If trailer is sold on the lot the buyer must be approved by management.
8. Electric meters will be read and bills calculated around the 15th of every month.  Electric charges are then payable by the 1st of
the following month.

Returned Checks $30.00
Move Trailers $25.00- First move in free

No Subletting
Off Site Storage $15.00 per day extra
No Refunds
Dump Service $8.00 per service $10.00 if 2 hookups are on trailer
Dump Station FREE to our campers Others must pay $10.00 per dump

Overnight guest $3.00 per person over the age of 13 years old  
All visitors must stop & register at office

$875.00* per year Non sewer hookup + electric
$950.00* per year for Sewer line hookup + electric
All pricing requires a full season commitment.
*Discount applies IF all rent is paid in full BY May 1, 2012, call for details
