Payments Seasonal Sites		Reasonable Rates Season
1. Deposit by May 1	$250.00	April 18 --- October 12
2. 2nd Payment by July 15	$250.00	$675.00 + Electric
3. Balance Due by Sept. 15 unless payment is prearranged.		Sewer $750.00 + Electric
4. Monthly & Weekly must pay in advance.		Meters will be read the 1st of each month and must be paid by the 15th of month
5. All payments must be made on schedule, or incur a $25.00 late fee.		Management reserves the right to refuse service to any camper.
6. We reserve the right to evict campers for any just reason.		No Electric Heaters Allowed
7. If trailer is sold on the lot the buyer must be Ok'ed by management.		Returned Checks			$20.00
		Move Trailers			$20.00
		Air Conditioning			$2.00 per day extra
No Subletting		Off Site Storage		$10.00 per day extra
No Refunds		Dump Service		$7.00 per service
		Dump Station		FREE to our campers
Entertainment		Others must pay		$10.00 per dump
Dances		Overnight guest		$2.00 per person

Flea Markets		All visitors must stop & register at office
Hay Rides		Visitors must pay $2.00 each over age 10
Bingo		$1.00 each 10 & under
